OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY

We have 4 manufacturing facilities, all situated close by each other in the Industrial Zones in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India - having a total area of approximately 2,28,000 sq. ft.

CNC MACHINING DIVISION

Our CNC Machining cell having high precision machines like MAZAK, TSUGAMI, DAWOO, DMG MORI SEIKI, DOOSAN, HWACHEON, OKUMA & HOWA, HITACHI SEIKI, LMW & ACE

ROBOTIC WELDING DIVISION

Our Welding cell is equipped with 4 Fanuc Robot with Lincoln & Fronius Electric MIG welding attachments 12 Kemppi - Rotary & Linear Tig Welding machines. Using the capabilities, we are producing high-quality welding as per international standards without manual intervention.

HYDRAULICS DIVISION

Hydraulic Tube:

SIERRA (USA) - Skiving and Roller Burnishing

  • Capacity : Bore Dia 40 to 200mm X length 2000mm (6Ft) Max
  • Metric size live tools : from 40mm to 120mm
  • Inches size live tools : from 1.75inch to 4 inch

Honing

  • Capacity : Bore Dia 20 to 45mm X length 600mm Max.

Leak Testing

  • Test carried out as per Standard, Customer Requirement

TUBE COLD ROLLING

  • We have 4 Lines of Cold Rolling, can produce Cold Rolled Tubes in Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel
  • Capacity up to 500 Tons per month



STAINLESS STEEL TUBE MILL

Stainless Steel Welded Tubes

  • Range Dia 50 - 150 mm
  • Material - SS (200 Series, 300 Series & 400 Series)

AUTOMATIC TUBE CUTTING MACHINE

Our Tube cutting cell having 5 automatic & 1 semi automatic tube cutting machines imported from Japan & Taiwan

We have strong supplier base Globally to feed our requirements as per ASTM A106 Grade B, SAE 1018, SAE 1020, ST 52, other standards & Special Steels.

Kongu’s vast experience facilitated rating with the majority of its customers has given it a preferential status for sourcing of critical Tubular-components.
